About This Site and Me
Who am I?
I have been freelancing in the film and game industry for about four years now and I am located in Dallas, Texas.
For the most part I am a Generalist, with my strongest areas being in rigging, modeling, and tool development. Currently I am learning to work in Unity with C#.
I was hired freelance while I was still in school; my knowledge is a mix of self taught skills, mentoring from industry professionals, and coursework.
What is this site for?
I plan on using this site to present my work as well as share some of my knowledge. I would like to help others just as others have taken the time to mentor and help me. As soon as I feel I have time, I will be posting tutorials and examples.
If there is anything you would like me to talk about, create a tutorial for, or perhaps an interesting tool you would like, feel free to contact me. If there is something that comes up that I don't know about, I have plenty of friends and aquaintences I can direct you to for help, or get the answers from myself.
The software I am most experienced with includes Maya, Zbrush, Photoshop, After Effects, Flash, and Unity. Except for Zbrush, I have written tools for the software just mentioned in C#, Mel, Python, Action script 3, and Javascript.
